We are seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the entire IT, DevOps, and infrastructure function, including both internal support and external cloud environments. In this role, you will architect and maintain our AWS infrastructure—spanning EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, VPC, and more—while automating environment configurations with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD with container-based builds and automated test integration, ensuring secure, production-grade container deployments. Leveraging Site Reliability Engineering best practices, you will guarantee high availability and uptime, managing blue/green deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies to minimize downtime.

We’re looking for a hands-on operator who executes, not delegates. This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who knows how to build, launch, track, optimize & measure across all channels, and over the next 6 months to 2 years will help build the department around them.
